If Manson had come to the Lord, then don't you think there would have been substantial testimony of this? Look at the imprisoned lives of Susan Atkins and Tex Watson. Though their prison circumstances did not change, they continued to minister to people and have changed lives.

Manson's hate and rage has abounded all these years.
