He did switch legs. Look at the buttons on his jacket and shirt. That lets you know the image is not flipped.

also notice the crooked smile and eye lid droop. In both pics its the left side of his face. Boot has definitively moved to the other foot.

Not to defend the basturd in any way.....
but it was stated when the boot was required: the injury due to ongoing treatment for his cancer. Perhaps the affliction has spread from one foot to another. HOWEVER, if that be the case, why not TWO boots? One on each foot. Clinton/McCain sending hidden signals to their flying monkeys? (held service men blinking) Or, one more scenario - both were injured kicking themselves for their failure to be discreet enough to keep hidden what was thought to be well hidden and truth never revealed.
