Doesn’t it take a certain amount of skill to blow a smoke ring? I don’t think just anybody can do it. Malia must be proud of her ability, or else why would she do it where it can be recorded?
Is it necessarily wrong to note that Malia is acquiring skills? If I had to look at that pic and say whether she is proud or ashamed, I’d say proud. If she’s proud of this accomplishment, why is it wrong to share the pic?
Because the young lady is at a point in life where she's defining her values, away from the parents. She's not running for public office or serving in government. It would be hypocritical to say this is okay but be furious when Barron is criticized. Because we hope she grows up without her parents worldview and if we reward her bad behavior with publicity it sends the wrong message. Is that enough reasons?
