Jennifer Schwartz Berky, a New York county legislator, was filmed by police cameras as she freaked out over getting a speeding ticket in Kingston, NY. She claimed to have PTSD and to be having a panic attack during the encounter, which reportedly lasted for about half an hour. In the end, the officer wrote her a ticket for driving 13 miles over the speed limit and Berky apologized for her behavior.

Democrats/Leftists are ruled by emotions/feelings. She is clearly that type, and it has gone to extremes.
None of my children had tantrums that bad when they were 3 years old. She sounded spoiled even after she stopped hyperventilating. I bet she has been a real piece of work all her life.

I had the same thought and have witnessed spoiled children of that stereotype grow up to be spoiled, impossible, and insufferable adults.
Isn’t this an “old” story?
Best part is that she lost her re-election bid on Election Day as a result of this video going viral.

I think this one is on YouTube. The whole thing lasts for more than half an hour and the officer calls in backup. Eventually, once she has ticket in hand he just walks away and says, “Have a nice day!”.
Judge Jeanine paid her ticket promplty, as far as I know.
But she’s a conservative who believes in living under the same set of laws as the rest of us.

Yes! And the NY Post video does not do justice to the lengthy interaction between the police officer and Berky.
I would ask anyone interested to visit YouTube and watch the whole pathetic display by this b!tch.
There you will see how professional the cop was throughout the whole interaction. And how she literally talked herself into the issuing of the speeding ticket after the cop offered to give her a break.
The scary part is that this (I don't know what to call her) was a sitting legislator in Ulster County NY.
Thank God this loser was exposed and the people of Ulster County acted appropriately by dumping her on Election Day.
This loser and the slugs who occupy Congressional offices in Washington DC remind me of the quote, I believe, from Mark Twain:
"Politics, with few exceptions, attracts the least among us."

I think he had probably cause for a drug search. Should have called a drug dog. And probably an involuntary psychiatric evaluation.
