The point is the a sitting President can be indicted. Also, innocent people are indicted every single day of the year. Corrupt prosecutors have immense power, and far too many have no problem abusing that power. I see Mueller as one that falls into that abusive prosecutor category. He is already stepping beyond the scope of what the investigation he was brought on to investigate.

The tweet is still there, but if you click on it now, the site is different than when he posted it. The site went down and is now back up in temporary form.

Could you tell us what “Q Clearance” means and what makes that important?
My point is that Mueller is already doing that. President Trump and AG Sessions are running a HUGH PSYOP on the Deep State.
Go on YouTube and search for “q clearance 4chan”. Basically there is someone posting questions to 4chan who calls himself “Q Clearance” or “Q Anon” who appears to be plugged into the highest levels of the Government. During President Trump’s trip to Asia, he posted a picture taken through an airline window the appeared to have been take along Air Force One’s flight path. Today, President Trump Tweeted a link to a site whose top story was a review of Q Clearances recent hits.
Remember, Donald Trump was asked by that kid on the helicopter rides in Iowa if he was Batman, and Donald Trump said, “Yes, I am Batman!” Out of the mouths of babes, and all that jazz. ;)
