From what I can tell - she went out and got approval from other world leaders prior to releasing a statement on Libya about US policy.
Issue here is that US policy shouldn’t be vetted by other leaders/countries - it’s United States policy not UN policy that the State Department is responsible for.
Why did Hillary Clinton ask in this letter if it was Okay with the Owl/Minerva Rule????????
