big difference between criminal liability and social liability. I think it can be proven whether this happened or not. I just think that there is no law that it can be proven she has broken...there is no law against an individual having standards of behavior. its the same thing as disapproving of someone being a bully in there social interaction and letting others know that the person is so they cant harm someone or informing people that someone cant be trusted with confidential information.

One major problem communicating in print, especially quick replies on internet forums, is the inability to effectively communicate tones to further inform readers. Another big problem is that the back lighting can negatively effect the readers ability to read between the lines.
His fans like Meryl Streep will try to reinstate him, but he has ruined himself. The only thing that can save people who topple from high acclaim like this is actually to seek grace and mercy and repent and confess, including confess publicly and atone.
