This is the second time I’ve seen this story, and there never seems to be an explanation for removing the plexiglass. If they’re operating illegally in some way, that’s one thing. But even gas stations in some areas have to have the safety barrier...

Some of the motels near Indianapolis Intl Airport have them too.

Walked into one while dropping my sister off for an early flight.

Walked right back out and got her a room at the Holiday Inn

Makes absolutely no sense! I own a small store and I am required by Federal Law to provide a safe work place for my employees, never mind the fact that I also care about their safety. If my store was in a high crime area, I’m going to make every effort to protect my people, my property, and others on my property.
