What does this have to do with “Russian collusion?” This is why there should never be a Special Prosecutor. He is trying to find something, anything, to justify his pay check and to make his fellow Trump-haters happy.
He’s got to keep fishing at least until Comey-stain’s book comes out. It won’t sell as well when this dry hump exercise comes to an end.
And if Mueller is fired, he’ll write a book as well explaining how he WOULDA got Trump but “the Man” wouldn’t let him.
A Special Prosecutor doen’t have to justify his existence.
They merely investigate that which they were appointed to investigate.
