Then Moore’s last name was added to it in a blue colored ink. His legal secretary at the time he was a Circuit Court Judge declared it a forgery because her initials; DA, appeared with his signature in that year book. Because she would verify his signature Moore / DA /date only on his court rulings .Which is what that forgery was copied from .
