If this turns into a class action...

The NFL will be hurting.

The NFL sold a product in a contract...then change the product without changing the contract or the price.

Gonna be fun to watch.

Unless there’s a clause in the ticket purchase agreement guaranteeing that the players would show respect for the flag, police, etc before the game, I don’t know on what he could base his claim.

If his claim is based on his/his family’s lack of enjoyment of the game(s), I’m not sure how far that would fly legally.

I’d dump the season ticket for what I could get and not buy any more tickets in the future.

The seats may be empty now but the teams still got the season ticket money for them.
Wait till next year....

I'd argue that the NFL, with stupidity aforethought, continued to let its employees insult its customers, and that's not the transactional promise of entertainment that was purchased.

Therefore, the arbitration agreement is void.

Unless the kneelers were somehow blocking his view of the game action, he has no case.

This case ought to be tossed as frivolous. This guy should have to pay the Saints’ attorneys fees.

I wonder if, when the judge enters the court and the plaintiff were to refuse to rise, what might the judge do and how would affect the outcome?
