And, independently of WHAT?

If that’s independently of the heart of God (not just the raging world) in favor of the echoes of his mind, as romantic about antebellum “Christianity” as it could get, hat tip to Mona Charen, then well we don’t want an independence that has jumped from the frying pan into the fire.

Sorry Yo. You are patently hog wallowed up here.

Why? I know that’s the summum malum to you, yet might be chapped to learn the Torah treats that on par with sabbath breaking. Both needing 2 or 3 witnesses to convict. The closet skated.

I think you are either false flag or have homo issues yourself.

Nope. Errors come into the world in pairs. God said don’t turn to the right as well as don’t turn to the left.

Oh and in your rage, Mr. Fancy Formatter, you forgot to balance the double quotes.

I doubt that’s the only thing you got unbalanced. (God can farce too.)

Here is an interesting comparison with Virginia which has about 1.67 x more people than Alabama:

Nov 2017 Governor race
Northam (Dem) 1,409,175
Gellespie (Rep) 1,175,731

compared with 2009 race in which a Republican governor was elected:

Deeds (dem) 818,809
McDonnell (Rep) 1,163,523

What this shows is that the democrats have nearly double their total over an 8 year span while the republicans have remained about the same. This is due to any of the following: 1) increased immigration (including northern states as well as undocumenteds); 2) felons; 3) voter fraud; and 4) Democrats developing an effective get-out-the vote ground game.

If you normalize the Virginia vote by the 1.67 factor, the totals are roughly similar to the recent Senate race in Alabama (but with closer tallies between candidates in Ala).

Virginia 2010 Census: 8,001,024
Alabama 2010 Census: 4.779,739
Virginia is about 1.67x more populous than Alabama

So rather than blaming the election on the faults of the candidates, we better get to the bottom of these trends or we will find ourselves at the bottom of the swamp.

Nay... If it’s not close they can’t cheat.

Roy had and blew a supreme chance to do a jiu jitsu comeback on a pathetic lefty move. A lack of perspective about as bad as Yo’s contributed here.

Pride as ALWAYS goes before destruction.

You seem to have it in for Moore. I think the election needs to be carefully analyzed before passing blame. However its obvious that the opposition from the republican establishment was the deciding factor. Are you part of the republican establishment, or do you reject Christian values?

When Al Franken first won his senate seat he did so illegally. The GOP didn’t do squat to protest illegal voting in the state.
The party wasn’t in favor of his opponent.
Same here, the GOP will not protest the Alabama race cause they are not fond of More.

Judge Moore WON THE SMALL TOWNS — SHEESH.

**************

Great, but I’d bet he could have gotten many more votes with
an active campaign showing some interest in the locals. You
don,t sit on your butt, go out of state to a football game and
basically quit campaigning if you honestly want to win.

So how many events did rural Roy hold during the last days
of the campaign? You seem to maybe have some numbers or
a list of events he held during the last 10 days.

Moore also refused to debate his opponent in the last few weeks of the campaign. A candidate who does that comes across as a phony, a coward, or both.

Pretty creepy though if you ask me. Would you let your 16 year old daughter date a 35 year old man?

It would depend upon the man and if my daughter possessed the maturity level.

Wow. Really. Well I can tell you right now, I have 3 daughters, and there is no way on God’s green earth i would have let them date a man in his mid 30’s when they were 16. I don’t care who he is, or how mature they supposedly are.

Well, it’s an unfair question to ask of me, since I might harbor a different opinion were I in your shoes. I’m unmarried and have no children and am older than 35. I wouldn’t hesitate to date between 18-25 so long as they possessed a maturity and intelligence and shared similar interests/values, et al (not 16, though, since that is illegal in my state, and I’d prefer at minimum college aged). Over that age and generally speaking, the stronger the likelihood they’ve been with many men (”defiled.”) I’d prefer someone who hasn’t.

You have to admit, though, that the culture has changed in the past 40-50 years. What was mature in the 1960s/70s isn’t generally so today. 16-18 then was ready to go out into the world. In the decades since, we’ve infantilized teens and young adults even as everything has become more sexualized. Some people at 26 or even 36 may lack the maturity a 16 year old had 4 decades ago.
