I wonder about that too. I have had Humana insurance for a few years, but this year they have called me at least five times reminding/advising me to take the damn flu shot. I haven't taken it since I was in the service, and haven't had the flu. That was in the sixties. I have taken the pneumonia shot, and have had pneumonia since the vaccine.

I can’t go to the pharmacy or doctor that they don’t ask me about the damn flu shot! No I don’t want it and don’t make difference if I did, will still get the flu in July come what may. Am so tired of being stuck with needles wish they would just leave me alone.
I’ve taken Alpha Lupaic Acid in the past, like with anything can’t take too much of it for it to do good. It most be moderated for the person, body size and weight for it to be a benefit.
