I've had Fed defenders tell me that the best the defendants can hope for is a hung jury. They implies to me that they are using the Great Database in the clouds to inject known Fed supporters into the jury selection process. Of course they will totally deny that.
The abuse of power is so bad in this case that there have actually been some acquittals, which is amazing.
Have to hand it to this judge for making the prosecutors adhere to the rule of law.
