McCabe is a well groomed, careful in his public statements, has advanced steadily in his government career, and is seemingly a picture of bureaucratic rectitude. He doesn’t act stupidly or recklessly in public, so its difficult to pin obvious crimes on him — but nonetheless, McCabe is still a deep-state, Clinton, DC-establishment partisan with bias.
A typical RINO would let him continue in his job, or at most, push him into a quiet retirement. Not Trump. Trump points out why the rat wants to leave the cage - and therefore dishonors McCabe - which he should.

If he is fired by Trump, he will get a deferred pension when he reaches age 62 based upon his highest three years of earnings. Since Trump just gave federal employees about a 2% increase, McCabe will lose about 2% per year for twelve years or about 21.2% in 2017 dollars.
He may be eligible for a reduced annuity if he is allowed to retire with reaching the minimum retirements.
