The Fourteenth Amendment does not use the phrase natural-born citizen. It does provide, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

I don’t think Obama is an atheist. The definition of an atheist is “a person who disbelieves, or lacks belief, in the existence of God or gods.”
I think Obama is controlled by Satan, and Satan definitely believes in the existence of God. Obama is pure evil, but not an atheist. (Just MHO.)
If you watched Dinesh D’Souza’s movie about Barry in 2012 or so, you would have seen him interview one of Barry’s half-brothers in Kenya, who was not complimentary either about their father’s Marxism, or about Barry...and watching him being interviewed on the big screen, I clearly saw a very, very familiar resemblance that removed any doubt that I might have had over whether he and Barry shared the same father - they did.

Article I Section 2
The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states...
We the People "...ordain[ed] and establish[ed] this Constitution... in Order to... secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity." It is clear that Barack Obama's father could not vote for the House of Representatives, therefore he was not "We the People." This means that Obama Jr. was not the "Posterity" of "We the People."
The "natural born citizen" clause was meant to secure the presidency. The presidency has the tighter requirement of "natural born citizen" in contrast to Congress which only required "citizen." In other words, "citizen" equaled "We the People," while "natural born citizen" equaled "Posterity of We the People."
Barack Obama Jr. is not the Posterity of We the People, therefore he is not a natural born citizen. He is what Thomas Paine called "half a foreigner" in chapter 4 of The Rights of Man (1791), two years after the ratification of the Constitution.

I think he is what you would call a 'lapsed Moose-limb'. He carries on his day as if he is an atheist but if forced to make a decision about something that has a religious or cultural element that forces his hand, the moose-limb sympathies, tendencies and allegiances start to come out.

Definitely a moose-limb and here is why. A few years ago, I sat in a church service where we had a fellow speak to us who had been to some Middle East country as a missionary. What you find when you speak to just about anyone from one of the 'religions of the world', they are at least willing to listen and you can then do what Paul so aptly says... "Come let us reason together." Not so with Moose-Limbs... What I took away was that it was against their religion to even hear what another faith was about. Now that is seriously close minded.
