I read about the Archbishops of Canterbury who were not quivering weaklings but that was almost 1000 years ago.

The archbishop of Canterbury has spoken out against tyrannical and populist world leaders in a Christmas message likely to be seen partly as a rebuke against US president Donald Trump. So democratic* elected officials should rule against the best interest and the desires of their people like they do in the EU. Got it.
*yes, I know the difference between a democracy and a republic. I use the term in the general "rule by the people" meaning.

The Archbishop of Canterbury is a liberal *uck. He believes the world should be run according to his ecumenically twisted form of political correctness rather than by law and divine order, his political correctness evolved from bend oner boy politics. All he knows how to do is prey on the weak minded.
May he continue to rest in the blather, bun and holy boast until a genuinely spiritual intellect takes his sordid place.

This man is misleading millions. A so-called Archbishop who will not unequivocally call homosexual behavior a sin - should not be a cleric and needs to repent.
I suppose Romans chapter 1 is not in his bible /s. If he were American, he'd make a good demomcrap!

I wonder...will there still be someone with the title ‘Archbishop of Canterbury’ after the cathedral is converted into a mosque?
To: C19fan
My ears are closed against anyone with “bishop,” arch or otherwise, attached to their name.
These so-called “Christian leaders” are neither Christian nor leaders.

The prime difference between the Archbishop of Canterbury and an atheist is that the atheist admits a non-belief in God.
Oh well, he is doing a fine job of making sure that all those wonderful village churches will soomn become mosques.

Almost 1000 years ago the archbishops would have been Catholics battling the Viking invasions. This Welby joker is just a flunkie for the church of Henry VIII.

This clown is presiding over the death of his church. He ought to be working on bringing the faithful home.

The fraudulent "populist" smear seems to be very popular among the pedophile globalist class.
A lot of them are going to find themselves in prison cells soon.
