These people are TOO FUNNY. The people liberated from the death camps at the end of WW2 would have been long dead, if their bodies were chewing up fat instead of muscle. Yes, many more died, but only because they ran out of fat - something most Americans don’t have to worry about for at least 4 to 12 months.

Not correct. The body has a set limit of how much fat it can consume in a given time period. If you’re expending calories at a rate greater than that then you will be consuming muscle mass. However, muscle is one of the easiest things for your body to rebuild and it does rebuild it daily, as long as you get enough protein.
