Re your #26. I think #16 nailed it. Also Obama seems to have had issues about being bi-racial even though he seems to identify solely as black. He may have felt an affinity to Prince Harry especially since he is marrying a bi-racial woman. I guess they have been friendly in the past with Prince Harry and William.
Maybe he's hoping for an invite to the wedding? Especially if Trump doesn't get invited.
