I rode BART for the first time in 20 years in November. Took a train from Fremont to Berkeley to watch the Bears vs Wildcats. The train cars are absolutely disgusting. Filthy, decrepit, way past their expiration date. I’ll wait at least another 20 years.
In fairness, I didn’t see any druggies, poop, or needles in the station or on the cars.

I know it has 1/3 of all welfare recipients in the country.

I live in the beautiful woods in Northeast WI. We don’t have slums. We don’t have Marxist Democrats. And we don’t have illegals.

It has below average median household income compared to the US. CA as a whole has an average median household income higher than average for the US...but I am not sure the stats include the underground servant class the Leftists import.
