Do you have a way of measuring the amount of tumeric to place in the gel caps or just put whatever amount will fit inside them? Thanks in advance.
I just developed a taste for curry and started experimenting with turmeric in food. It’s pretty easy to get a teaspoon or two of turmeric a day in your diet.
We just fill the gelcaps up.
I eat turmeric for my back pain.
My doc said there is no fatal dose, and eat as much as possible, knowing it tastes nasty.
I put 2 heaping spoons in a glass of waster and force it down.
It indeed tastes nasty. I get it is bulk from India, so who knows what all is in there. The ground up bones of small animals? Who knows, but the price is right.
