I think DJT and Merv Griffin locked horns way back when.
Best of my recollection, Griffin tried to earn his wings as a real estate mogul of his own, but got blown away by Trump.
Never heard of him again.

I sure don't think of De Niro when someone mentions players in the NYC Real Estate market. Given the degree to which De Niro is making a fool of himself running off at the mouth I thought there might be something more than the usual Hollywood politics behind it, though, so I thought I'd ask before I just discounted it completely.

Poor Robert DeNiro, once upon a time lauded as being one of the finest actors of his generation.
But time has passed him by and he is the twilight of his career and doing some of the worst movies I have seen. Hard to believe that the guy who did “The GodFather”, “Raging Bull”, and “Taxi Driver”, now does drivel like “The Intern” and the horrid “Dirty Grampa” I cringed at seeing a guy his age, any guy for that matter, in a scene masturbating on camera.
Bob has sunk to a new low and I have to wonder if he has early Dementia.

I have no idea how they can do an ‘awards show’ with such crap... you’d think they’d be ashamed to show their faces.
How about a few movies that aren’t piggy backing off the reputations of people who really HAD talent? Or is Hollywood going to serve up more “Star Wars 49” and “Wonder Woman 23”?
Maybe rather than raping young people, and telling politicians how to govern, these losers should spend a little time MAKING HALFWAY DECENT MOVIES. Try something different Hollywood... do YOUR job for once.
