My first thought was what a waste of a classic car. My idea of fun with such a car would be to restore it, show it off, drive it around.

And, I have to agree with your post. Even without the bug in the tree, I’d rather not live by a place that junky.

My first car while I was in the Army was a '55 bug. I wish I had it today.
