I thought in Quebec they use “septante”.

Possible. I haven’t looked into it too deeply. Some parts of Switzerland use “huitante” for 80, FWICS; other French-speaking areas apparently use “octante”. I’m just recalling what I learned in school.

They have “Arrêt” on their stop signs in Québec as well, even though they say “Stop” in France.
