Yes Ma'am, there is a better than 50/50 chance someone in the crew will be, shaken down by the local government, local criminal gangs, street thugs, street criminal or corrupt police official. And then there is a fair chance of becoming infected with cholera, typhoid, malaria, yellow fervor or some unnamed tropical disease or parasite. Of course his crew will likely bring in a full security force inside a fenced compound with flown in catering facilities.
Now that really is an inconvenient truth.

It’s quite another to go there on a budget of millions of dollars. You Won’t find much truth nor reality that way. - just a more AMERICANIZED standard of living for yourself while you’re there...

Nov 14, 2017 Beauplan's commission recently released a 656-page report on the management of $2 billion in loans that Haiti received as part of Venezuela's PetroCaribe discounted oil program. The investigation accuses 15 former government officials, including two former prime ministers and current President Jovenel Moïse's chief of staff, of corruption and poor management.
I sure hope he includes the following information.
