I do not believe this was a mistake and I will not until the person responsible states it was her fault. No system would be designed like this. I believe it was intentionally done to some how cast light on Trump. Of course that failed as it has fallen on the incompetent democrat bureaucrat that infect that state government but this is far to serious not to know EXACTLY what happened here as many lives were at risk and mental suffering was immense. I suggest a court of inquiry in conjunction with a federal grand jury with subpoena power. NO MERCY!!
I think you are right that this was done on purpose. It was done to create controversy. It was done like it was a classroom exercise that would show what it would be like if the real thing happened. Dem’s thrive on creating controversy in any way they can, then they blame it on the conservatives.
