I Want a "Wall" Around Our Money
01/17/2018 | Brian Griffin

This "Wall" would be in the form of a Constitutional amendment limiting Democratic depredations.

Getting a proposed amendment to the states for ratification requires the same two-thirds of both the House of Representatives and Senate as does getting a bill past the veto pen of a President.

President Trump might have to veto each DACA replacement bill until enough Democrats play ball.

President Trump and his family members have a lot more to lose from 90% income and 90% estate taxation than we do.

And the Democrats do need to play ball, since the upcoming 2020 census that must count every single inhabitant in the country can also be used to send every illegal back home.

The Clinton and Obama Foundations are their founders' ways of dodging the confiscatory estate taxation the Clintons and Obamas have already planned to impose.

Trump and the Republican elite need to be as serious about protecting our money as the Democrats are of snatching it to buy votes.

Key Constitutional Amendment provisions:

SECTION 1. Excluding Medicare, FICA, and self-employment taxation at no more than existing rates and subject to limits defined by now existing law,
federal income taxation may be levied
at a total rate of over 21% on no more than 20,000,000 taxpayers
at a total rate of over 30% on no more than 10,000,000 taxpayers
at over 40% on no more than 5,000,000 taxpayers
with any numerically-based excesses to be refunded without inappropriate delay and
with the tax from any rate of 40% or more to be used to pay down the now existing national debt and that refinanced, or refunded.
SECTION 2. All amounts collected from Federal estate taxation shall be used to pay down the existing national debt and that refinanced, or refunded.
SECTION 3. There shall be no federal wealth or property taxation except that estate taxation and real property taxation in what is now the District of Columbia.
SECTION 4. No treaty may be entered into that would:
a. require US residency, naturalization, citizenship or welfare benefits to be granted
b. restrict or bar deportation or impair US entry security
c. impose any form of international taxation within the United States
d. require any payment from any domestic person or entity.

You would start seeing some extremely creative “user fees”, someof which are already in use at local level (e.g. rain water).

The president has no role in the amendment process. Two-thirds minimum of both House and Senate, then the National Archivist sends the joint resolution to the states. Once three quarters of the states ratify, the amendment is added to the constitution by the national Archivist and this is made widely public.

Take a look at the Amendments here, I think you'll find the Tax Reform & Fiscal Responsibility amendments a bit better as they don't enshrine FISA, Medicare, or Self-Employment Tax [by mentioning them] into the Constitution.

The president has no role in the amendment process.

But his open support would not hurt.

Get rid of income taxes altogether. Replace it with three taxes: Keep the payroll tax, a 20% import tariff and a 10% NSRT.
