Neo-Nazi troll storm was crude but not a threat, white supremacist argues
KFOR ^ | JANUARY 17, 2018 | NADIA JUDITH ENCHASSI

The founder of a popular neo-Nazi website who encouraged his readers to launch an avalanche of hate toward a Jewish woman said the victim could simply have ignored the phone calls, texts and social media messages.

Andrew Anglin made the arguments in court documents submitted by his lawyers in response to a lawsuit that seeks to hold him liable after using his website to encourage his thousands of readers to contact Tanya Gersh. Most of the messages contained hate-filled language and centered on the fact Gersh is Jewish.

Anglin wrote it shouldn’t matter what Gersh thought of the words sent to her after his article in the Daily Stormer, as, he claims, it was all free speech protected by the First Amendment.

Gersh, with the help of the Southern Poverty Law Center, is suing Anglin for “invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of Montana’s Anti-Intimidation Act.” The suit was filed in April in the US District Court for Montana. Anglin and his legal team are asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed, largely because of the First Amendment.

“[Gersh] clearly would prefer not to hear the words of Mr. Anglin and his alleged readers, but liberty demands that they remain free to speak them,” according to Anglin’s latest legal argument filed with the court.

What a bunch of cowards. A bunch of online thugs that have some weird gay fetish for dead German socialists, while hiding behind the first amendment.

They would be far better storming a McDonalds for a job application.

There’s a “yelling fire in a crowded theater” line that these scum have crossed. While I fully admit to having a tough time drawing that line easily, there is no doubt to me that they have crossed it.

Yeah, just throw away the law, lock them up and throw away the key if you don’t like what they say. Write it off as fascination with a dead socialist. That wasn’t what this was about. Not at all. This woman started it by seeking to have a woman evicted, forced to sell property she owned because she happened to be related to another alt-right figure. She started it, Anglin jumped in and finished it. Well, I don’t suppose it’s finished yet.

“Yeah, just throw away the law, lock them up and throw away the key if you don’t like what they say. “

Thanks for the strawman.

You seriously think those retards helped in any way?

Yeah, didn’t think so either.

Now all you have is a story about a bunch of Neo-Nazi trolls harassing a Jewish women at the behest of the founder of one of the most notorious websites on the web!

Neo-nazis are relatively powerless in this country. Harassing them and also labeling conservatives and neo-Nazis as “white nationalists” accomplishes nothing but stirring up unnecessary strife.

I despise Southern Poverty Law Center MORE than such “neo-Nazis” because SPLC is wealthy, hateful, destructive, and foments terroristic acts against Christians and conservatives.

The so-called “hate speech” they are going after this guy for is the direct result of a harassment / shakedown campaign by the leftist the articles call a “victim.” She was demanding that the parent of this neo-Nazi (and I am just assuming that this accusation is true even though it wouldn’t surprise me at all to learn otherwise since the left lies so much) sell her property and donate the proceeds to a leftist cause.

Looks like SPLC wants to find ways to set legal precedents for prosecuting things that are not even criminal. People on the left and right publish contact information of their political rivals in order to send a message. If the left ever gets a law or ruling that allows this to be prosecuted, it will be endlessly exploited and selectively enforced as they do with EVERYTHING else.

Not that I'm condoning their behavior, but "name and shame" is a tactic that the left uses constantly. And the driving force here doesn't seem to be that she is Jewish, but that she harassed someone else first -ź they did,t just pick a Jewish name out of a hat and start harassing.

Again, not condoning -- I was commenting on a thread the other day how abhorrent I find this habit people have developed of viciously seeking to destroy the personal lives of people they don't know, over political disagreements. But the lady in yestion in this case appears to ve guilty as well, not that she deserved to be buried in an avalanche of hate, but she started off on the wrong foot by not minding her own damn business and it backfired.

The organized Jewish community has massive institutional power in America. They use that power to silence white, gentile Americans who try to organize themselves through organizations like the SPLC. The younger generation of right wing white American men are rebelling. They are demanding the same right to organize and promote their own interests that every other ethnic in group in America already has, including the hyper organized and hyper ethnocentric American Jewish community.

Nothing will stop this. Older conservatives have to ask themselves how they have failed so badly that anti-white Jewish organizations like the SPLC and ADL have such massive power to control public discourse and punish dissidents. These groups actually advise LE agencies that white, Christian conservatives are evil terrorists who should be imprisoned. Until this is addressed, elements like those named in this lawsuit will just grow and grow. Trump did a good thing by removing the SPLC’s role in advising the government(if I am correct about that). The ADL needs to be similarly proscribed. Ultimately, these anti-white harassment groups need to be shut down or their will be massive support from young whites for militant white groups to counter them.

Any old people who don’t sense that this is not going to go the way it has for the last 50 years are hopelessly out of touch. Times are changing.

Since only a state can violate the First this case is DOA.

Not that the woman will ever see a cent of the almost certain judgment in her favor. The Idiot will just pull the “Al Sharpton Escape” to avoid paying anything.

What a bunch of cowards. A bunch of online thugs that have some weird gay fetish for dead German socialists, while hiding behind the first amendment.

The "Jewish woman" in question apparently started the fight by targeting and attempting to intimidate the mother of Richard Spencer into selling her business property for dirt cheap prices, or else the protesters would come to cause havoc.

The Nazis"retaliated" by recommending to their readers that they give the woman a piece of their mind, without actually calling for violence.

The story isn't as clear cut as the article makes it sound.

She threatened to put an army of leftists in front of the lady’s real estate office to protest until she sold. Then @nglin said he was going to bring an army of storm troopers to meet them head on. That made things seem very real but he later admitted his rally plans were a hoax.

Free Republic is primarily Boomers at this point, so they’re very much of a certain mindset. Identitarian politics is very much not something in their Overton Window.

I genuinely felt like you threw out the straw man when you dismissed the whole complex situation as some guy who worships dead socialists.

Are you Dutch? If you were I would understand if you had an erm... different point of view.

I know right? I’m not saying I “condone” it, but I understaaaand it. Imagine what it must be like these days growing up as a somewhat alienated white kid. It’s not pretty.

I dismissed the Daily Stormer and its stupid fans, whom are no help and have tossed nothing but a huge bone to the person that they decided to troll.

If you are trying to imply or convince me that I should be a fan or sympathetic to them, then I’ll advise you to not.
