So, I’m driving along and see the driver in the car next to me. Not wanting to break the law (imminent danger) I grab my phone to dial 911 and swerve into the other car.
What happens next?
It seems to be referring to people that pull other cell phones to record the event. It makes me think of the event when there is that man drowning in a lake last year and some guys just pulled out their phone and recorded it.
