The truth would sound so outrageous most Americans would riot, revolt, reject, etc. The pedo networks are being dismantled.

Q is most likely a small group of friends of some minor White House employee. The employee feeds them a bit of gossip and they run with it. Every now and again, a White House rumor turns out to be accurate and that adds credibility.
Likely the WH will shut down the leaker soon enough, but there are already fake Qs and will be more.
