The learn Russian thing is still a mystery, to us. Will have to see how it plays out to better discern his precise meaning. We still doubt he seriously meant for USA citizens to actively go out and begin to learn Russian.
"Make sure you learn Russian" is very clear. If even his most devoted followers don't believe his posts, why should anyone else.
I thought I posted a reply to you that the learn Russian was a sardonic comment. The talking points and mem instructions had already gone out. Anyone posting “release the memo” on twitter was to be labeled a Russian Bot.
Several people claimed that they got messages that tweets they were following or replying to might be a bot with ties to Russia. No way to do I know if that is true.
