Conceivably he may be hinting that Russia is a larger global influence behind the scenes than most of us could guess at.

Or, that after WW3, Russia plans to rule the world.

It was Sardonic warning. If they posted to twitter, they were going to be labeled a Russian Bot. The talking points and instructions went out to their minions at 4 AM.

When Clinton was President, they used to fax talking points memo to the news organizations. I used to flip from channel to channel. Exact same report and exact same words on every channel.
