Once again, nothing of any real value, but Q asking the followers to learn Russian isn’t something that can just be tossed aside, as the followers are hoping can be done. The memo certainly won’t be in Russian, so his request is something to be skeptical of and cautious about, IMO.
My no sleep having anus (hat tip big red) has solved the puzzle.
Context is key.
The memo that is coming out contains details about Russia. "Learn Russian" was just a way of him saying that.
