It's not a stretch then, to believe the CIA, combined with theh State Department and the DOJ have formed a "shadow government".

That would explain a lot, neh?

Well, you see there are people in Washington that work there year after year. Since they were never relieved of duty, they think that they are the real government, and they sort of just continue to do what they do.

The 7th floor of the state department was one such place, but I think Tillerson did fire a bunch. I have heard complaints from guests on MSM for the past 50 years that the State Department ignores USA policy and does it’s own thing.

When Wilson’s League of Nations failed, due to Henry Cabot Lodge leading an effective fight against it, David Rockefeller set up the Council on Foreign Relations, and they are the big wigs that tell the Government what they think should be done in that field.

In 1954, the Bilderberger Group was set up by Prince Barnard, a Nazi and David Rockefeller. Members of the press, Government officials, Heads of state, and Royalty attend by invitation only. It is never reported on National news like Davos, G20, G7 etc.

Initially it’s very existence was a conspiracy theory. But it’s real and they finally were forced to admit it. Phyllis Schaflay had written about them in 1960s. They had met with a conservative that refused to co-operate, and so they backed someone who was more open to their plans.

They operate under rules that attendees are not allowed to talk about it. Jim Tucker had a website - Spotlight news IIRC. They rent a whole hotel, and uninvited reporters are not allowed in and arrested if they try to get in. Tucker used to go there and take phots. He would sometimes get info from the waiters and staff about what they were saying.

At best it’s a conference where rich and powerful get together to hear info/presentations about the worlds problems and discuss solutions. And there’s no leaks in the press about what they have done.

They invite various talented people to give presentations, and some of those become candidates for President.

While they deny any “plans” these men can go back to their respective countries and begin implementing whatever is needed to meet the consensus. They certainly have the dough and access to get whatever they want with respect to government policy/actions.

Tucker’s predictions as to what they were going to do was pretty accurate. The year Yassar Arafat was a speaker, he predicted there would be war in the Middle East, and that happened.

When he closed the spotlight, he worked for American Free Press - they now have a book for sale - Tucker’s Diary.

There was a reporter from the Guardian that did the same. If it’s all harmless, why all the secrecy? Davos has all sorts of stuff and its public. The stuff at Davos-bad ideas, so it really does make one wonder what the heck they might be cooking up.

Anyway there’s all kinds of NWO global initiative groups, people belong to more than just one of these, and they all kinda seem to feel that there should be a World Government.

It is plain that our Government has little to no regard for the best interest of the citizens, or we wouldn’t have been in such bad shape. Obama’s unvetted refugee terrorists etc. not in our interest. Pretty plain that some one other than the people are getting their way.

So what do you call Rich and Powerful unelected people getting laws that are beneficial to them and not the people? Shadow government works for me.
