I can now lift my arm over my head.
Because it was a series of steps rather then one should I say that my arm is not healed?

I was thinking more about the “foreign substances” statement (which all herbal medicines would qualify as) but repetitive treatments are certainly common in medicine. Chemo, radiation, ... the list is endless.
