Young people just aren’t as interested in professional sports, which is the driving force behind cable television.I think that's right. When I was a teenager I watched at least one NFL game every Sunday and so did my friends. How many 15 year olds today do this?

Every young person either played sports in some capacity or admired those who did. That’s just not so anymore.
