Hillary Clinton, 2019 Grammy winner?
That’s what host James Corden was hoping for, after a pre-taped segment during Sunday night’s award show where he had the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate read excerpts from Michael Wolff’s book, “Fire and Fury,” as part of a spoken word audition spoof. Clinton was shown reading from of the bombshell Donald Trump book, first with her face hidden and then revealing who she is.
“He had a longtime fear of being poisoned, one reason why he liked to eat at McDonald’s. No one knew he was coming, and the food was safely pre-made,” she reads.
Corden assures her she nailed the audition and a spoken word Grammy is “in the bag.”

I think it would have involved more than just our country. She's pretty good at ruining other nations. Look at Haiti.
How else can they have an opportunity to learn ?
Totally get it. I have been there numerous times.
I thought they were all about the #MeToo movement, but here they are giving the spotlight to one of the vile enablers of swinish oppressors of women.
These people are simply demented. No one there would dare challenge Hillary on her decades of support and enabling of woman-abusers.

I managed to make it through the terrible BLM opening by Kendrick Lamarr, the MeToo genuflecting featuring Ke$ha (who is apparently now a heroine for making a false rape accusation against her producer to get out of a contract), and even that godawful pro-illegal immigration song by U2, who proved that we’ve let at least four too many Irishmen into the country. But when they started having these musical illiterates read that book of unsourced anti-Trump swill and ended it with Hillary Clinton (greeted by a big ovation, of course), that tore it. I switched over to the TCM app on Firebox and watched Roy Orbison in “The Fastest Guitar Alive.”
It would have been a lot funnier if she had read the list of donors to the Clintoon Crime Family Foundation.
Bingo! Post of the day. There was a time when every one of these "winners" would have been thrown out of the recording studio on their asses. This crap isn't music, it's noise.

As I heard earlier in the day, the best way to win a Grammy is to be as virulently anti-Trump, anti-Republican, and anti-American as possible.
I should add that I didn’t watch a minute of the Grammys — I gave up on them years ago.
[Not that I’m proud of writing about what I haven’t seen, ordinarily a bad policy. I’m reacting to the responses. Maybe I’ll now watch a bit of the music on YouTube.]

I’m surprised she isn’t on a “vacation” to Brazil...or the Ecuadorian embassy.
Karma will eventually catch HRC and the Clinton’s, in general.....its fast approaching.

I believe there is a category for audio books.
Of course, this whole stunt was intended as a slam against President Trump, as was the entire broadcast.
