No wonder I never received my cannolis I odered from Luigi`s bakery.
was the garage named prego? it’s a in there
I wish the mailman would keep all mine.
Luigi’s in naples or Milan?
So that is where my homework is!?
the Guinea way of doing things.
My mother’s Italian passport expired. She had to go to Europe for a family medical emergency. She had to become a US citizen, then get an emergency American passport rather than re-upping her Italian passport. a couple of months versus years.
This is the solution given to her by the Italian Consoluate in NYC and her Italian lawyer.
First thing I thought of. Lol
So all the people who went YEARS without receiving bills, were they paying them somehow? Or just letting everything slide like their postman did????? How did they keep their utilities going etc.? How could there not be numerous complaints about the mail after the first few weeks/months? Surely people had to notice.... Oh right, it’s Italy, everyone complains and nothing is done.
Sounds too much like our USA before TRUMP began to cleanse the Augean stables....
Did he have black shoes and white socks?
I’ve begged mine to lose the junk mail.
THAT’S the one I would have been looking for.
Well done.
I’m going to suggest all “mail problem” threads henceforth include the keyword: “Newman”.
As you can see, I have started us off....
Let’s all hope that he gets the help he so desperately needs.
I sent in a months worth of bills,
and the next month, started receiving
late notices. I had been watching the
balance in my checking account, and had
noticed the amount hadn’t decreased.
Someone at the post office had gotten
sick, and threw up in one of the sorting
bins. I received my unpaid and undelivered
mail (in the mail) bound with a rubber band, inside a zip-lock baggie.
Like, I’m really going to open it...
I contacted the post office
and explained the situation.
They paid the late charges on the
overdue bills.
