He’s on Twitter claiming Nunes changed the memo between the time the house voted on it and delivery to POTUS
He is trying to bury it until he can get his diversion memo released

Adam Schiff is trying a real doozy of a stunt to block the memo. He is claiming nunes has altered the Memo since the Vote(to release). thus the vote must be done again and time parameters will apply.
This is way out there. Schiff is the head weasel in the entire situation. He will be the biggest loser. That may be the meaning of the Q post.
