that’s always been the background byline ... the whole thing was suspicious at the time. He’d been saying that he was sure the SCOTUS was bugged (and now we can presume they were) - hopefully somebody diligent, maybe TG, is going back through the thousands of FISA warrants.
That seems to fit re: Lynch and the SC nomination.
When was it clear that Congress wasn’t going to give Obama his nominee? WOuld have been by then.
That would explain why the Republicans were allowed to block Merrick Garland.

But that plan is thwarted by Republicans stalling the nomination until after the next election. Since the evil libs were SURE that Hitlery would be elected, that wasn’t seen as a problem. But then TRUMP WINS!!! The entire plan is screwed up and we get Gorsuch! WIN!
