Actor Mickey Jones, who starred in Home Improvement and in movies including National Lampoon's Vacation, has died.
Jones died early Wednesday morning of the effects of a long illness, his publicist Cherry Hepburn said. He was 76.
The illness and where he died were not immediately disclosed.

Also liked him as the heavy in the 1987 movie “Nadine”. That movie started my late teenage crush on Kim Basinger, lol.

I remember his from “Justified” as the Memphis pot dealer that ran afoul of the Crowder’s and the Bennett’s. That was never good for one’s life expectancy.

He played the drums on Bob Dylan’s famous “Royal Albert Hall” concert (which was actually recorded at the Manchester Free Trade Hall). He was part of the backing band—The Hawks—who later became The Band. Levon Helm was taking a break from the group during that 1966 tour.
