And he's totally out of character cooperative these days. The day the President asked him to come over to the WH about a month ago for a little ‘chat,’ he left like he had just escaped the fire pits of hell. No smile, no rushing over to the waiting cameras and reporters. He headed straight for his SUV, head down, got in and was whisked away. Subsequently, he has rolled over on a continuing resolution extension vis-a-vis being a DACA holdout, and now he is doing the same on a two year funding plan to Pelosie’s dismay. Something’s really bothering ‘ol Chuckie.
