The oldest ones, Bristol and Track, seem to be the most unsettled. Usually, its the younger kids creating problems as a way to gain attention.
Maybe Sarah and Todd changed their parenting customs starting with Willow. I never hear anything about Willow.
After 2013, Sarah began the process of becoming a more private citzen, not completely by choice. Perhaps the home environment became more stable after that. Plus, she had her youngest son to look after. And he always will need some form of support.
Willow is engaged to be married at age 23. I kinda see a pattern here with her kids.

Willow is engaged. Hopefully better success then her siblings. She should have gone to college first before marriage but then that doesn’t guarantee a great marriage.
