I can understand if animals get depressed living in captivity.......I just wish that zoos weren’t necessary........

This reminded me that Amazon Prime has A Bear Named Winnie which is a good family movie-
“Based on the true story of a Canadian soldier, enroute to World War I from Winnipeg, who adopts an orphaned bear cub at White River Ontario. It is namned Winnie (for Winnipeg) and eventually ends up at the London Zoo where it became the inspiration for A.A.Milne’s Winnie The Pooh stories.”

Kodiaks are another name for Alaskan brown bears...I think.
Been a while since going to a zoo, and our company had an employee outing at the Columbus Ohio Park.
Two brown bears there, and I was utterly stunned and shocked at their size.
No exaggeration...I’ve run farm tractors smaller than them.

If he keeps it up, he will be a Darwin candidate without a doubt. Bears snap and that’s it. You are dead.
What a moron. He deserves what he is going to get but it is very sad he is so stupid.
