How about after serving his prison term he immediately gets deported to the dung heap he came from? For good measure cut off his family from all welfare benefits and begin deporting them too.

The partner of the Somali cop that murdered Christine Damond appeared before the grand jury today.
The Union early on put out the word for the cops to stick together. And the prosecutor may just be going through the motions. There hasn’t been any enthusiasm for justice shown from the top state officials down.
The shooter was at least a two pointer.
