Yes. People try alternatives to sugar, but I think you can’t have too much of any sweetener. But I wouldn’t have any aspartame, sorbitol, saccharin, cyclamate, etc.

Do you know how they make reduced fat peanut butter?
They blend it with a percentage of sorbitol. 4:1 equals 25% reduced fat peanut butter. They add a small bit of powdered sugar to cover the twang of the sorbito,l but that is how its done. Yuck!!
