I gave up sodas years ago because they affect bone density. I prefer sweet tea anyway and use a sweeter callled Ideal that is 0 calories. I guess others agree that it tastes best because I sometimes find it sold out while the other brands have not. HEB is the only store I’ve found it at so far.
That is good for you! I never liked sodas so I have really good bone density somehow even though I have a pit tumor that affects density.
FYI, the smallest amount of xylitol is deadly for canines so if you have dogs don't let them get into your sweet tea.
