As far as owning a full auto weapon they should only be in the hands of responsible people with proper training, proper background investigation, and with follow up checks.

The only way to own a full auto gun is to get a Class III license from the ATF which requires a thorough background check by the FBI and your acquiescence to unannounced visits from the FBI or ATF at any time to examine your full-auto gun and how you keep it. Been that way since 1934. There is no such thing as a full-auto AR.

A limit should also be placed on the number of guns that one may own unless you are a collector or dealer.

Why? How many guns can you shoot at one time?

We do not need ...

We have a Bill of Rights not a Bill of Needs. I suggest you do a lot more studying on firearms and the Constitution.
