I ask, because I recently noticed the DuckDuckGo mobile privacy browser integrates support for TOR/Orbot. (Under "Settings" is the option to enable TOR.)
Relevant URLs:
Orbot: https://guardianproject.info/apps/orbot/
DuckDuckGo browser at F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/packages/com.duckduckgo.mobile.android/
I also have my DD-WRT router configured with Private Internet Access VPN.
Bkmrk.
Opera browser (Windows version) has a built-in VPN option. It can connect to several servers [US, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Singapore].
Not sure whether the android or Linux versions have that capability.
Opera was recently acquired by a Chinese company, however.

Yes they do

Well, probably should qualify that, Opera for Linux has it built in, Opera for Android requires separate app called Opera VPN that only works for the Opera Browser. It works just fine
