They probably wouldn’t, but the ship they have created to jump dimensions would. I think the “grays” are inert temporary bodies that enable them to physically manifest and manipulate the construction and operation of these machines. That would also explain these ships suddenly disappearing. They aren’t going to outer space. They are going back to their dimension.

I’ve always thought some dimensional type phenomenon was more plausible than aliens traveling massive light year distances in space ships.
